This yoga practice is focusing on the sun salutation, surya namaskara. You will be practicing a few classic rounds plus variations, integrating the key elements of the Yoga Vidya sequence: a gentle inversion, a forward bend, a backbend, a twist and a lateral stretch, plus a brief final relaxation. In this way, you will be addressing all major muscles and joints, as well as the main energy centres in your body.
