  Yoga means to me:
  go my own way
  Every day on the New
  to have courage
  My way is never gone someone
  One way in which there are no signs
  A way where there is no Directions
  A path that is not wide gone
  One way is not paved
  One way in which it names are only a hindrance
  One way in which titles have no significance
  This is my way of yoga

  When we hear of our soul we get free,
  when we hear of security, evidence and calculation we are prisoners
  If we give without expectation of reward then we get free
  If we (only) be expected after material security and recognition of others,
  we are prisoners of opinion others..
  (my thought today)
